Enfield Council has a new and much improved website, which is a comprehensive data resource and offers a wide range of online services, including payment of council taxes, reporting problems and requesting information
A facility called My Property, gives householders information on council tax band and annual charges; ward councillors, refuse and recycling collection dates, by typing in a postcode.
The Area Forums are public meetings organised by the Council, to give people a chance to meet their Ward Councillors, invited Council representatives and representatives from other bodies, such as as the Metropolitan Police.
There are 7 Area Forums across the Borough, each made up of 3 wards. They meet every 3 months in local venues across the area they represent.

Bush Hill Park, Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill Area Forum
Cockfosters, Grange and Highlands Area Forum

Typically 60 to 100 plus people (on a good night) will attend a Area Forum and the Council has been consulting on the future and format of the Area Forums, with the aim of getting more people from the floor involved in the debate on local issues.
