Have been usuing Village Vet Winchmore Hill since it opened. I find Simon and his team helpful, friendly and compassionate, nothing ts too much for them or too small.

Having Great Danes that can cause just by their size logistical problems its great to know that my dogs are in safe hands. Without the expertise of the Village Vet team my youngest dog would have died in December 2010. I always will be greatful to Simon for all he did that time.

I just wanted to say how caring and understanding Simon is. He looked after Whisky our cat when he was seriously ill, right up until we sadly had to put him to sleep, but during those awful and traumatic few months, Simon did all he could to make Whisky as comfortable as possible. Simon shows real care for all his patients which is so reassuring and hopefully Simon will remain at Village Vets for years to come.

I can't praise Simon and his team highly enough. Everyone in the practice is efficient, patient and compassionate, both to the animals they treat and to their owners. I have 4 rescued cats and at times each of them has had a serious medical problem. Without the expertise of Simon, with the backup of his team, I seriously question whether they would all have survived and gone on to lead the happy lives they have today. I am hugely grateful.

Thought I should leave an updated comment. Simon and the team are still the best and I can't fault them.

I have recently had one of my Danes spend a lot of time as a day patient at the practice. Everyone involved in his care couldn't be faulted. They also looked after me well too. Unfortunately my Dane didn't survive but I can rest easy knowing his care could not have been any better anywhere.

I am so impressed with Simon and his team that I awarded them 5 stars in the Good Vet Guide and nominated them in the Pet Plan awards

We will be moving out of the area shortly but I wanted to say a big thank you to Village Vets for helping us to care for our menagerie over the past fifteen years. Emma G

My cat was seriously ill and we didn't know where the infection was coming from until the vet at this practice asked the right question and was able to diagnose on that basis, she was on the operating table 20 minutes after being brought in and they saved her life. I'm so grateful
