My name is Randhiraj Bilan, I am a qualified Natural Nutritionist, Health Therapist and Social Worker.
My training and years of experience have taught me that 'food is medicine' – what we eat is fundamental to maintaining our health and wellbeing. Improving your diet can help you to be happier, healthier and fitter.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, but mainly focus on women's health and nutritional needs and those of their families. I have three children and live in Palmers Green, where I regulary hold healthy eating workshops and cookery classes. Most of my clients come to me because they recognise that they need guidance to improve their diets for a variety of reasons. For example, they might be looking for guidance on specific food related allergies or intolerances; to aid recovery when ill; or to ensure that their nutritional needs are being met at particular stages of their lives. Typically this might be when they planning to have children, during pregnancy and post pregnancy; during the menopause and to maintain a healthy lifestyle in old age.
I help my clients to plan sustainable healthy eating programmes, which they can fit into their busy lives. One thing I have learned is that a step by step approach is best, making small changes, which gradually become the new normal way of eating for you and your family. I begin by talking to you are you - your specific health & dietary issues, your eating patterns and family/work commitments. I am a registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and with Complementary National Health Council (CNHC) for my Holistic Women's Therapies and Reiki Healing .
