I'm Mark and I am a Personal Trainer offering one-to-one, group personal training and fitness coaching for sports in Winchmore Hill, Southgate, Bush Hill Park and Palmers Green.





 As an athlete, competing at national level in 100m and 200m races, fitness has always been important to me. However I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from investing a little more time and effort in improving their physical fitness. Whether you have specific goals in mind such as losing some weight before a big day; are preparing for an endurance event such as a charity race or even a marathon; or just want to improve your general fitness level ¬≠ I can help you to work out a programme that is right for you. I am not talking about spending endless hours in the gym but about working smartly, to get the maximum benefit from your exercise time.


I work with adults and children of all ages who have very different levels of fitness. I specialise in weight loss, fat reduction, body toning, improving general fitness, sports performance, core and abdominal training and flexibility.


I make my sessions enjoyable and engaging and I am an advocate of an all inclusive approach to fitness; encompassing nutrition, exercise and helping you gain the self­belief and confidence to take control of your health and fitness.



One-to-one training


I offer personal training sessions at Hazelwood Sports Club in Winchmore Hill (no gym membership required), local parks, your home or workplace.





Hazelwood Club Group Training


Group exercise classes including circuit training are held at Hazelwood Sports Club on Saturday morning at 9.30am and Monday evening at 7.15pm. The classes are open to all and no membership is required. Classes can be booked in advance via our Facebook page or paid for on the day.




I also provide fitness training for sports teams. At present I am the fitness coach for Minchenden netball club.





As a fitness coach, I plan and deliver varied training sessions and help people to perform at their highest level in their chosen sport.


Whether your personal goals are weight loss related, general health and fitness, toning, sports performance or muscle building, I have the knowledge, experience and most importantly the passion to get you there in a safe, effective and well structured way!
