Enfield Disability Action
E.D.A. is a registered charity and an association of disability groups and people with disabilities providing advice and services for people living in the borough of Enfield, their relatives or friends, voluntary organisations and the statutory authorities. Our services include:
Advocacy - supports people to know their rights, speak up for themselves, make their own decisions, and have more choice and control in their lives.
Cancer Life - to provide information and support to people within the London Borough of Enfield who are affected by cancer.
Community Forum For People with Learning Difficulties - runs Self Advocacy Groups for People with Learning Difficulties to talk about the things that are important to them.
Disability Information & Advice Project - DIAP provides information and advice on all aspects of disability to people with disabilities and carers in the London Borough of Enfield.
The Deaf Project – to support deaf people and their carers.
Occupational Therapy Action Group – for people who use the occupational therapy and rehabilitation services.
Wheelchair Users Forum – for wheelchair users and their carers.
Independent Living Project – work closely with disabled people and their carers to promote Independent Living in Enfield.
