We are sisters Jessica and Juliette and we would like to invite you to give yourself a gift.
The gift of wellbeing for your mind, body and soul.
Cloud9 Wellness Hub has opened to offer wellbeing classes, workshops and events, including Mindfulness, Meditation, Pilates and Yoga, for people of all ages and physical abilities, in a calm and welcoming space.
We also believe that life is about balance, so with our partners MUNCH, Friday nights are Cloud9 Cocktail Club, so come along and join us for music, drinks and feel good vibes.
Wellness is more than the absence of illness, it is about helping yourself and family to live healthy and happy lifestyle. It is about developing strategies to cope with stress and all the competing demands on our time that many of us face in our daily lives. Juliette is a Billboard recording artist and Jessica is an aerial & skating performer and wellness instructor. We have set up Cloud9 together, sharing a belief in living our best lives!
Here is our timetable and a summary of our current sessions, but new classes, brunch & supper club dates and workshops will be added as we go along.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT MEDITATION
You will be guided through gentle, slow and calming movement and meditation using mindfulness and your breath as an anchor point. You should leave the session feeling light, relaxed and calm.We currently run MMM sessions on Monday mornings 9.45 – 10.45 and Wednesdays 19.30 – 21.00.
More sessions will be added shortly, as these classes are already proving very popular. You are welcome to drop in but recommend that you pre-book here
Our Sunday MMM & Pilates Brunch events are proving very popular; the first dates sold out! Come and join us for an hour of mindful movement meditation,
followed by a tasty and healthy vegan brunch cooked up by Munch Kitchen. More Brunch Club dates coming soon!
Jessica is a qualified Pilates teacher and leads our classes, which are suitable for people who are new to Pilates, or who may have practiced a while ago and want to get back into it again.
Pilates is perfect for people who want to maintain their strength and flexibility; for those who are recovering from injury and wanting to get back into exercise again, as well as regular practitioners. Dancers and footballers practice Pilates, as it is a whole body workout, where posture, concentration and control is centred around a lateral breathing technique, (ribs expand outward and upward) and pelvic floor activation as the foundations. Think strong and flexible, the dream combo!
Our class is held on Tuesday mornings, 9.45 - 10.45 and can be booked online via our website here

Cloud 9 offers yoga classes, for beginners, experienced practitioners, postnatal yoga and families - toddlers are natural yogis!
Hatha Flow Yoga
A beginners-level class with a focus on alignment and building a good understanding of the foundation postures, led by Rachel Young is held on Friday mornings, 9.45 - 10.45. Rachel will guide you in a flowing sequence to develop strength within the mind and body.
Adults Vinyasa Flow
A faster paced yoga class, where you move smoothly through a sequence of postures, focusing on breath, alignment, and stability. Led by Ro, the class is held on Thursdays 19.45 - 20.45 and is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, regardless of age, gender or size.
Led by Ro, post natal yoga guides new mothers through their recovery after pregnancy and birth. Babies are welcome.

Parent & Toddler Yoga
Yoga sessions for this age group are fun, dynamic and creative, while also teaching children self-control in a non-competitive and calm environment. Parents are encouraged to participate, experiencing the physical and mental benefits of yoga together. We run these sessions two mornings a week to offer flexibility for mums, dads and carers who work or whose children may be at nursery or childminder on certain days.

We will shortly be starting a dads and babies yoga session on Saturday mornings.
Hynobirthing teaches you how to stay relaxed when preparing for and during the birth of your baby, to help to dispel your fears and plan for your birth together with your partner. Let by Kate The Wellness Midwife, we offer 4 week couples courses on Mondays from 19:00 - 21:30.
No matter what you've got going on, we have a place for you to come and reset your body, mind and soul allowing you the freeness to be yourself.
