Age UK Enfield is a charitable company that works in partnership with a wide range of voluntary and statutory organisations to support the quality of life of people aged 50 plus and their carers in the London Borough of Enfield.

The Alzheimer's Society (Enfield)

The Alzheimer's Society offers specialist services for people affected by dementia. Our Enfeild Dementia Support Worker is available to give information, advice and guidance.


Chickenshed is a theatre company that makes beautiful and inspirational theatre working on the basis that everyone and anyone should be included, regardless of their background, age, race or ability. At Chickenshed, everyone is welcome, and everyone is valued.

Enfield Carers

Enfield Carers Centre supports people living all over the borough who are looking after a partner, family member (whether adult or child) or close friend with a disability or illness, whether long term or life limiting.

Enfield Clubhouse

Enfield Clubhouse is a local, registered charity helping people with a mental illness recover purposeful lives in the community.


Enfield Disability Action

E.D.A. is a registered charity and an association of disability groups and people with disabilities providing advice and services for people living in the borough of Enfield, their relatives or friends, voluntary organisations and the statutory authorities. 

Enfield Over 50s Forum

The Forum is a non-political organisation open to all Over 50s in the Borough of Enfield and to those groups supporting older people. We believe that by working in partnership with others we can make Enfield a better place for all and improve the quality of life for its senior citizens.

Enfield Samaritans

The Enfield, Barnet and Haringey branch of the Samaritans is based in Bounds Green. We provide confidential advice and support for people who are going through, anticipating or recovering from crisis in their lives.

The Enfield Society

Our heritage is in danger. Enfield's environment is threatened as never before. Open spaces are being sacrificed to commercial development. The Green Belt is under constant pressure. Historic buildings are deteriorating. We are fighting to preserve our heritage so that future generations can enjoy Enfield's rich architectural legacy and Green Belt countryside.

Enfield Vision

Enfield Vision is a registered charity, run by a group of visually impaired people, with the specific aim of promoting the wellbeing of visually impaired people living in Enfield and to reduce the everyday problems of blind and partially sighted people. 

Enfield Wildlife Rescue

The Enfield Wildlife Rescue & Ambulance Service (WRAS) is based in Trent Park and is dedicated to helping sick and injured wild animals and birds. We aim to enable visitors to get close to the resident wildlife and to educate people as to how we can help to protect our wild creatures from harm such as poison and injury.

Enfield Voluntary Action

Could you give some time to get involved in your local community?  Enfield Voluntary Action provides an 'Introduction to Volunteering' to help you to decide what kind of volunteering would suit you best and what you need to know before you start.

The Friends of Grovelands Park

The Friends of Grovelands Park is a voluntary group dedicated to the conservation and enhancement of Grovelands Park, which lies at the heart of our local community.

In Sue's Name

Three years after the death of his daughter Sue, aged 42, her father David Taylor, set up a charity In Sue's Name, to raise funds into brain tumours and other brain cancers

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, provides care and support for babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in North London. 

The Ruth Winston Centre

The Ruth Winston Centre is a registered Charity whose mission is to promote independence, well-being and activities for the over 50s in Enfield.  The Centre has over 1000 members and offers over 70 classes and activities every week.

Soroptimist Enfield & District

Soroptimist International is a leading global women's voluntary organisation. It has close to 90,000 members in more than 3,000 Clubs in over 100 countries around the world and for the last 90 years has sought to raise awareness of issues facing women locally, nationally and globally.

Southgate Homebound and Disabled Association

We are a fun and friendly club that helps those who are homebound and disabled in Southgate and the surrounding local area to enjoy a better life. 

Winchmore Hill Community Care

Winchmore Hill Community Care is your local good neighbour scheme for the N21 area.  Sponsored by seven local churches, we offer volunteer help to the housebound, elderly and lonely.  

Woodcroft Wildspace

Woodcroft Wildspace (Reg. Charity No.1115921) is a local project turning a disused sports ground into a space for wildlife and plant life, for the use of the whole community for leisure and educational purposes. 

Zebra's Club

Zebras Club is a voluntary not for profit organisation that provides unique recreational services to disabled people and those who suffer mental health difficulties.
