Neil Batchelor, who lives in Winchmore Hill is developing Omnifolio, an innovative non-profit psychometric profiling and e-portfolio service, designed for the new world of work, where both employers and job hunters need enhanced tools to make the perfect match of skills and personal traits.

This animation explains the concept. Neil and his psychologists need lots of data to push the service forward and refine the job-matching, so are looking for as many people as possible to sign up for the beta!

Omnifolio is creating a new and better way for you to find suitable and satisfying work, manage your own development and improve your opportunities.

Neil's project has received some funding from a prestigious body, the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), who describe themselves as "an enlightenment organisation committed to finding innovative practical solutions to today’s social challenges".

Participants will receive a free profile (albeit a prototype) covering motivation, personality, activity preference, leadership & teamwork style.
