How to get a job in the new world order

Getting a job, especially a first 'real job' is very difficult in the current economic climate; with dozens and sometimes hundreds of people applying for the same job, your CV has to be distinctive to make it past the recycling bin.

 

Here's how two enterprising young graduates have used Youtube to get themselves noticed. The first, was uploaded to Youtube by graduate job hunter Gareth Cash (@gareth88) on the 1st March 2011. By the next day, he was retweeted by Gtech and multiple other companies and individuals, and he had been contacted by Sky, Channel 4, and several other companies to set up immediate interviews.
